LB 4.5 release candidate
« Thread started on: May 14th, 2015, 2:22pm »
In his 'fireside chat' on YouTube Carl said that he planned to make available a new beta of LB 4.5 - hopefully a release candidate - by the end of April:
Thanks, I hadn't realised Carl had posted an update (I can't view the LB forum, and anyway I expect it was posted in an area only visible to members).
I was hoping to check whether Carl had stuck to his guns over the 'truncating Booleans to an integer' issue. I modified LBB to be compatible with LB 4.5 in this respect, but there were some people urging Carl to rethink the change.
Richard.

I wonder why Carl doesn't just work on LB 5 (not LB 4.5) so he can keep his language together, and, dare I say it, his reputation as well . Unless his plan is to release it step by step, I think 4.5 will hinder him of the big version 5. I hadn't realised Carl looked like that, not to be mean or anything, but to say I literally went like when I saw the video would be retelling events perfectly!
