initial update version check
Post by hammerjit on Apr 23rd, 2015, 2:49pm
Hi...I would like some assistance.
I want to create a routine which will check if there is valid internet connection or not when executed, if there is no connection, it will go on as per normal.
but if there is internet connection, it should check whether there is a newer version of the program itself (maybe by checking time stamp?) and prompt user to download. Once user click ok, it will terminate itself, download the new version and save the new copy overwriting the old version.
Is this possible?
