Clear all breakpoints

I've realised that I haven't provided a method for clearing all breakpoints; I should have done, sorry.

In the next release of LBB I will add a right-click context menu containing 'toggle breakpoint' and 'clear all breakpoints' items, similar to the one LB provides.

Meanwhile, the only way to clear all breakpoints is to re-load the program into the editor (assuming it hasn't been modified, of course).

Edit: 'Clear all breakpoints' now implemented in LBB v2.53.
